چکیده
The aim of regenerative medicine is to restore the original functions tissues and organs damaged by disease or impairment. Stem cell transfusion has been used clinically as therapy in a wide range fields. This promotes regeneration partially transfer tissue stem cells. Teeth are produced from dental germ, which induced interactions between epithelial mesenchymal Wnt signals heavily involved this process. Furthermore, it shown that β-catenin expressed nucleus odontoblasts dentinal cells located immediately under repaired dentine after pulpotomy, macrophages pulp express Wnt10a, suggesting involvement Wnt10a generation repair processes. However, little known about regenerated tissues. Hayashi et al. transplanted pulp, bone marrow, adipose cells, culture supernatants derived each them ectopic tooth transplantation. As result, we have succeeded regenerating expresses marker TRH-DE, regardless In study, model examine morphologically how change with time pulp. We then analyzed dynamics induction results study showed an increase increased these Wnt10a. Expression DSPP increases upon inhibition expression DKK1, differentiation occurs via regeneration. Therefore, candidate non-cellular agent for dentine-inducing capacity.

Decellularized Swine Dental Pulp as a Bioscaffold for Pulp Regeneration
Endodontic regeneration shows promise in treating dental pulp diseases; however, no suitable scaffolds exist for pulp regeneration. Acellular natural extracellular matrix (ECM) is a favorable scaffold for tissue regeneration since the anatomical structure and ECM of the natural tissues or organs are well-preserved. Xenogeneic ECM is superior to autologous or allogeneic ECM in tissue engineering...
متن کاملRegeneration of Dental Pulp- A Review
The regenerative potential of dental pulp is very limited in mature teeth. However, our improved understanding of pulpal inflammation and repair and improved dental materials and technologies make vital pulp therapy a viable alternative to root canal treatment. This article explores our knowledge in this regard and the future potential of saving or even regenerating the pulp as a routine dental

Corneal blindness afflicts millions of individuals worldwide and is currently treated by grafting with cadaveric tissues; however, there are worldwide donor tissue shortages, and many allogeneic grafts are eventually rejected. Autologous stem cells present a prospect for personalized regenerative medicine and an alternative to cadaveric tissue grafts. Dental pulp contains a population of adult ...
متن کاملIs Pulp Inflammation a Prerequisite for Pulp Healing and Regeneration?
The importance of inflammation has been underestimated in pulpal healing, and in the past, it has been considered only as an undesirable effect. Associated with moderate inflammation, necrosis includes pyroptosis, apoptosis, and nemosis. There are now evidences that inflammation is a prerequisite for pulp healing, with series of events ahead of regeneration. Immunocompetent cells are recruited ...
